Context

France's e-invoicing reform rolls out progressively from 2026: artisans and small businesses in the construction sector (BTP) must update their quotes and invoices to meet new legal requirements. Mandatory fields, accepted formats, transmission deadlines — many small firms are caught off guard.

Kalceo was built to address this directly: a simple, up-to-date tool for construction artisans who need to stay compliant without wading through pages of regulation.

What Kalceo does

  • 2026-compliant BTP quote template — a ready-to-use template with all mandatory legal fields for construction businesses
  • E-invoicing guide — a clear breakdown of the new obligations, deadlines, and accepted formats
  • Mandatory legal notices — an up-to-date checklist of the fields required on every quote and invoice for small construction firms

Tech stack

Kalceo is a static site built for simplicity and fast delivery:

  • Static HTML — no server-side framework, instant rendering, zero runtime dependencies
  • Tailwind CSS — utility-first layout, minimal build output
  • Cloudflare Pages — global edge hosting, native HTTPS, continuous deployment from Git

The static approach is deliberate: the content is documentary, not interactive. A static site is faster, less fragile, and requires no infrastructure to operate.

In production

Kalceo is live at kalceo.fr. Content is updated as regulatory requirements evolve.
